Ski Rentals

Renting cross-country skis during the winter is one of our more popular services. Our ski rental fleet is comprised of classic skis in both waxless and waxable options. We will pre-wax the skis for you to maximize your enjoyment. Rental rates are $15 per day, and if you get hooked by the experience we will credit up to two days of rental against the purchase of skis. On the weekends we recommend that you call ahead to book as we are very busy most weekends.

Bike Rentals

During the summer we rent both road and mountain bikes. Rentals start at $35 for a day and we have weekly rates for longer term rentals.

Bike rentals aren't just for travellers, you may want to rent a road bike for that triathlon you signed up for instead of riding your much slower mountain bike. Whatever the reason you are renting a bike, please call ahead to reserve a bicycle so that you won't be disappointed.

Where to Ski

There are several areas with groomed cross-country trails in the city. Our favorites are Wildwood golf course with a 5km loop on the east side of the city, and Kinsmen park with a 3km loop downtown. Holiday Park on the west side of the city is popular because of its sheltered location. Another groomed trail is by the Forestry Farm.

Outside of the city, there are good trails to the north at Eb's Trails on the way to Prince Albert, Carleton Trails by Humboldt, Little Red River Park at Prince Albert, and of course Waskesui.
