Specialty Services
Suspension Fork Overhauls: For a suspension fork to keep working like the day you bought it, the fork should be overhauled at least once a year. An overhaul cleans out any dirt that has made it past the seals, adds fresh oil and grease to remove stiction and also includes a safety check of all components for signs of imminent failure.
Wheel Building: Whether you need to replace a rim, or want the perfect wheel built for your bike, Bruce's Cycle is there to build it for you.
Frame Repair: You would be surprised at the many types of frame damage that can be repaired. Before you despair, bring the bike down to the shop and let us look at it.

Bruce's Cycle Works warranties repair work done for 30 days. This does not cover parts, which are subject to individual manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects. Manufacturer's warranties typically guard against manufacturing defects for a year or more depending on the company involved.
Service Tips
Here are a few hints that will cost a small amount in the short term but will save you big money in the long term and keep your bike running like it was new. We will check your chain wear for free and it only takes 30 seconds to do.
A bike should have a tune-up each year. Not only will it run better, the mechanics will be able to find any small problems before they become big problems.
Keep the chain clean and well-lubricated. Your bike will be quieter, easier to pedal, and the chain and drivetrain components will last longer.
Get your chain checked for wear regularly. A worn chain will wear out all the gears causing the bike to shift poorly, sound noisy, and will be harder to pedal. We will check your chain wear for free and it only takes 30 seconds to do.
