Topic: Fatbike 101 - Setting your bike up

Clinic Details: Bring your cup, and we'll supply the coffee (supplied by Beppi's)! Celebrate Global Fatbike Day by spending the morning learning all about fatbikes, and get a ride in! We'll be playing with air pressure, learning about studs vs reg tires, and teaching how to navigate different types of terrain. If you don't have a fatbike to bring, 4 (s,m,l,xl) are available - first come first served. This clinic is limited to 6 spots.

Topic: Demystifying Gears

Clinic Details: Ladies! Get to know your bike inside and out! This class will cover common shifting problems and how to set/adjust your shifting. We will also examine drive-train options available on the market and instruct how to select appropriate gears for your riding type.

Topic: Tires, tires, tires

Clinic Details: Ladies! Get to know your bike inside and out! This class will cover basic tire changing including how to determine what caused your flat, tube-less conversion, determining tire wear, and selecting tires. Basic wheel truing will also be covered in this clinic.

Mon, March 9th from 6-8PM

Topic: Brakes 101

Clinic Details: Ladies! Get to know your bike inside and out! This class will review different braking systems and how to adjust your brakes and change your brake pads. We will also provide a basic demonstration of hydraulic brake bleeds.

Bike Talk - Zwift

Topic: Demystifying Zwift

Clinic Details: Bring your cup, and we'll supply the coffee (supplied by Beppi's)! Learn the ins and outs of riding in the virtual world of Zwift. In this clinic, we will be demonstrating how Zwift works, equipment required, and participants will get to ride on the Zwift course. This clinic is limited to 6 participants. Please bring running shoes and comfortable bike clothing.
